Hello there

I’m Jeanetta. As an artist and blogger I find inspiration in nature and nostalgia. My paintings and illustrations grow out of a love of my garden and the natural beauty around me combined with a compulsive habit of collecting old and abandoned items. I believe that some of our strongest feelings are stirred by the awe of nature and the connection to our past.

“Horizon: Cluster” New work at the @centralarc “Horizon: Cluster” New work at the @centralarcollective gallery inside @thestudiodowntown . Join us Valentine’s Day, February 14, 5-7pm for our opening reception. Inspired by many sunsets while camping along a body of water. The wood log was harvested from my property and arranged to continue the composition of the clouds and water in the painting. The wooden offering plate as a base makes a great presentation for what nature has to offer.
