Sometimes I can spend all day at the canvas when I get involved with a painting.  And by midafternoon I usually need a pick me up.  And sometimes I want something a little sweet.  That’s when I break out my recipe for Micro Cakes.  Micro because they are small (only a cup or a ramecan) and you make them in the microwave.
